Tri7bet Terms & Conditions — Platform Terms of Use for Malaysia

1Definitions and Scope of Application

In this Terms & Conditions document, the word "tri7bet", "we", "platform" or "website" refers to the online betting and casino platform operating under the domain tri7bet.fun. 3Account Registration

4Deposits & Payment Methods

The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. There is no upper limit for standard deposits; however, tri7bet reserves the right to request additional verification for deposits exceeding certain thresholds for security and anti-money laundering purposes.

All deposits must come from an account or e-wallet registered in the same member's name. tri7bet does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is received from an unrecognised source, it will be returned and the account may be investigated.

5Funds Withdrawal

Tri7bet is committed to processing all valid withdrawal requests quickly and without any hidden deductions. Available withdrawal methods are the same as deposit methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay, and bank transfers via FPX to Maybank, CIMB, and other major Malaysian banks.

Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, GrabPay, DuitNow, Boost, ShopeePay): 10 to 30 minutes
• Withdrawal to a Malaysian bank account via FPX: 30 minutes to 3 hours
• Large withdrawals requiring additional verification (typically exceeding RM5,000): Within 24 hours

Withdrawal conditions that must be met:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• The withdrawal account must be registered under the same name as the tri7bet account. Withdrawals to third parties are not permitted.
• Any bonus received may be subject to wagering requirements that must be met before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. These requirements are clearly stated on each bonus offer.
• Tri7bet reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending identity verification if required. This process typically takes no longer than 24 hours.

6Bonuses and Promotions

General principles that apply to all bonuses at tri7bet:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.
• The welcome bonus is available to new members who have not previously registered with tri7bet.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus value — for example, a 20x requirement means you must wager 20 times the bonus amount before withdrawing.
• Bonuses may not be transferred to another account or exchanged directly for cash.

7Game Rules

All games on the tri7bet platform — including slots, Live Casino, poker, jackpot and table games — have specific rules stated in the "How to Play" or "Rules" section within each game. Members are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before playing with real money.

General rules that apply to all games on tri7bet:

• All games use an independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) to ensure fairness and proper randomisation.
• Live Dealer games use real physical equipment and human dealers from accredited studios — game outcomes are final once a round is completed.
• Any technical interruption during gameplay will be resolved based on our automated system records. In the rare event that a game cannot be completed correctly, the wager will be returned to the member.

• Abuse of the bonus or promotions system.

If an account is terminated for reasons not involving fraud or serious violations, any valid account balance will be returned to the member following a verification process. If the termination is due to fraud or serious violations, tri7bet reserves the right to withhold the balance and pursue appropriate legal action.

12Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, tri7bet shall not be liable for:

• Service disruptions caused by technical maintenance, server failures, or circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, ISP issues or internet infrastructure problems.
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to a member's account due to the member's failure to protect their login credentials.
• Bets or game results that have been verified and are final.

Tri7bet will make every effort to resolve any technical disruptions promptly and fairly. In the event of a disruption that affects the outcome of an ongoing game, we will refund the bets of all affected members.

13Amendments to Terms and Conditions

Tri7bet reserves the right to amend, add to, or replace any part of this Terms & Conditions document at any time. Changes take effect as soon as the latest version is published on the website with an updated date.

For significant amendments involving major changes to member rights, tri7bet will endeavour to provide advance notice via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
